This was made out of a print left over from a wedding shoot I did. The effect is quite interesting, I think. September 2003.
It has been a long time since I put up a picture but I have the excuse that I've been very busy with publishing and distributing my book and starting to prepare the second edition. This pic started out as a Bouganvillea flower before a severe attack of manipulation. September 2003.
A row of chimney pots caught my eye during my stay in Dumfries but I waited till now to do something with them. May 2003.
I think this is one of the most striking images I've done lately. The base image was a lowish resolution one from my digital camera but the biker's pose was dead right. May 2003.
I've decided I like the idea of black and white images with a bit of colour to set them off. April 2003.
The theme this time was to create an image to do with a tomato. It's an example of a 3-D image captured with a scanner. March 2003.
The object of this exercise was to make a picture taken outside look as if it it were a studio shot. The shot was originally taken in the car park outside ?? station in Ireland. February 2003
This was done as an assignment for our digital imagery group in which we had to take an existing image and drop in a different sky. I first added a night sky, then added a rainbow, tried it with a moon instead and then thought 'what the heck....' (February 2003)
Jem was having a good day, on the other hand, and my bit of black velvet ensured that the background turned out OK too. (January 2003)
Millicent was not having a good day when I took this one of her. I had to add the border thingy because the background wasn't too hot. (January 2003).

This one was done as a project for my digital imagery group. The only stipulation was that we should end up with a different sky to the one we started with. (December 2002)
I snapped this curious fellow on a visit to the San Lameer golf resort on the Kwazulu-Natal South Coast. (October 2002)

Looking through my stockpile of slides I came across one of a Ferrari with a reflection on the bonnet. I cropped it down some and this is what I ended up wth.

This is a title page I did for the wedding album of some friends. October 2002.
Sorry, but it seems I'm having something of a blue period. I'll try and stop soon. This picture is titled 'Second Curtain Flash' and started out in life as a slide which didn't quite make it. September 2002.
Yes. This is the same lamp as on the last page but I felt it needed revisiting. September 2002.
One of the container ships waiting to enter Durban harbour recently. (Sept. 2002)
Chucky, the family cockatiel ended up looking surprised in this one. I suppose I would've as well if I'd suddenly gone bright blue. August 2002 and back in Durban.
