PIARC 2003

During October 2003 Allan was retained by the SA National Roads Agency Ltd. to assist in the production of a daily delegates' newspaper during the PIARC 2003 XXIInd World Roads Congress. Seven issues of the 4-page tabloid newspaper Xhumanisa were produced by a team working at Durban's International Convention Centre. Allan took most of the pictures used in the publication, our associate Grahan Linscott produced much of the copy, and design and layout were by Randall Stewart International.
