Dursapex 2004 National Philatelic Exhibition.

Allan was retained by the Communications Department of the eThekwini Municipality to provide the copy for a booklet of stamps produced to marks the Duraspex 2004 National Philatelic Exhibition which was held in Durban from 13-17 October 2004.
